There was a young man with a passion for art and design who had learnt  some decent DIY skills from working with his father - a former west end photographer/ turned property renovator. He dreamed of redesigning and refurbishing dated, dilapidated buildings in disrepair and bringing them back to life ! From humble beginnings this passion project quickly grew into a thriving property flipping business covering London and the Home Counties. To date :

Having viewed hundreds of properties to buy / rent over the years Ben Story was shocked at how badly the vast majority were being marketed!! For many people their home is their most valuable asset and so to not be seen and experienced in their very best light, he thought was a crime! Having always outperformed the market in asset class and surprising local agents by frequently breaking records for the price of a house sold on a particular street, it was clear to Ben that the way they designed, styled and staged their properties was key to creating greater interest and achieving much higher sale prices than the competition.
