This cottage was an in-house renovation project so we could use all of our architectural , interior design and staging skill and knowhow to enhance and modernise this very dated, dark and dingy 2 bed cottage into a bright, stylish, spacious 3 bed family home with characterful period features - open brick fireplaces, beams, wood panelling and a show stopping glass wine cellar ! The facade got a makeover as the pictures above reveal and gave the house real curb appeal. The small narrow courtyard was opened up by removing a fence panel and gate, mirrors on the walls surrounded by vine, a new deck and planting turned this dead space into an attractive outdoor sanctuary that was a real sun trap.
The finished home was unrecognisable and with the staging techniques employed it received two offers at the asking price and was sold inside two weeks !
