New mansard roof construction :
Roof ridge raised to create a wonderful private sky garden behind , accessed from the roof level studio. Original slate tiles carefully re-laid over the new mansard roof instantly giving the appearance of centuries old architectural feature and blending seamlessly with the streetscape.
External façade works complete :
Welsh slate roof finished, sky garden/roof terrace created, new traditional style sash windows and doors installed, stone bottle balustrades reinstated and facade repainted, scaffold dropped.
